How to use

1. fill in the fields
2. the phone number must not contain spaces or parentheses. You may add these characters after step 6 so the link itself is preserved
3. click "done"
4. select the whole page, ctrl+a or command+a
5. copy
6. paste into gmail's signature box
7. make sure all the links are correct
